Jinal Vora, Founder of AMAYUSH

Her story

She once designed jewellery. Today she designs ways of living.

Before AMAYUSH, Jinal led creative direction at Romil Jewelry, shaping brand identity and collections. Design taught her a habit that never left: look past the surface, find the structure underneath, and refine it until it holds.

She brought that same eye to health. Training as a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and lifestyle disease reversal expert, she went further than most, into naturopathy, Ayurveda, Panchakarma, chakra balancing and meditation, and she is currently pursuing a Master's in Psychology. Each discipline answers a piece of the same question: why does a body break its own balance, and what brings it back?

Her answer became AMAYUSH, a practice built on one belief: symptoms are messages. She has guided over 500 people through it, written two books about it, and contributed to the Let's Heal India movement along the way.

Treat only the number and it returns. Treat the cause and it does not.

The framework

Seven pillars. One name.

AMAYUSH is not just a name. Each letter carries one pillar of how Jinal rebuilds health.

A

Aahar

Nutrition that heals: food chosen for your body, your reports and your culture.

M

Mind

Emotional wellness: because suppressed emotion shows up as physical symptoms.

A

Activity

Movement your routine can actually hold, built up gently.

Y

Yog and Breath

Breathwork and yog to settle the nervous system that drives the symptoms.

U

Understand Root Cause

The discipline of asking why the body reacted, before deciding what to change.

S

Sleep and Recovery

The repair hours, protected: because no plan works on a body that cannot rest.

H

Daily Habits

Small, repeatable habits that carry the healing long after the plan ends.

True healing goes beyond treating symptoms. It begins by addressing the root cause of imbalance across the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions of health.
